Terms of Service

Plain English: TRIPPANZEE is a travel search and comparison tool. We do not sell, book, or ticket travel, and we do not take payment for travel. Prices come from our data providers and can change at any time, so always confirm on the provider’s site before you book. Some links on the site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you book through them.

1. Who we are and acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and Trippanzee Travels LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“TRIPPANZEE,” “we,” “us”), which operates trippanzee.com and the TRIPPANZEE search application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What TRIPPANZEE is

TRIPPANZEE is a travel search, comparison, and planning tool. It shows flight and hotel options and helps you see what a trip might cost against a budget you set. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, or car rental company. We do not sell, book, reserve, or issue tickets for travel, and we do not process payments for travel.

When you click a link such as “Search flights,” “Booking.com,” or a similar button, you leave TRIPPANZEE and go to a third-party website. Any purchase you make there is a contract between you and that third party. TRIPPANZEE is not a party to it and is not responsible for it.

3. Booking and payment features

Some pages may show steps that look like booking, such as traveler details or a confirm button. Booking through TRIPPANZEE is not currently available, and the Service does not take payment for travel. If we offer booking in the future, we will publish updated terms (covering payment, refunds, and cancellations) before anyone can use it, and those terms will apply only to that feature.

4. Prices and availability

Prices, schedules, and availability shown on TRIPPANZEE come from third-party providers, including Duffel (flights) and LiteAPI (hotels), and are provided for information only. They can change or expire at any moment, may not include taxes, baggage, or other fees, and are not guaranteed until you confirm them on the provider’s own site.

Budget indicators such as “Fits budget” are our own estimates. Results can also be missing or incomplete for some destinations and dates. An empty result does not mean that nothing is available. Please check the provider directly.

TRIPPANZEE makes no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed.

5. Affiliate relationships

TRIPPANZEE may earn a commission when you make a purchase after clicking one of our affiliate links, including links through affiliate networks such as Travelpayouts and links to travel providers and booking sites. Our partners can change over time, and not every link on the site is an affiliate link. This does not change the price you pay.

We do not accept payment to rank or feature search results, and results are not ordered by commission. See our Privacy Policy for how affiliate links and tracking work.

6. Price alerts

Price alerts are currently paused. The “Watch this trip” feature is turned off: we are not accepting new alert sign-ups and we are not sending alert emails, because we do not yet have real price tracking. If we bring alerts back, we will update these Terms first. Alerts sent earlier were based on our own estimates, not live fares, and did not reserve a price or guarantee availability. If you signed up earlier and want your details deleted, email support@trippanzee.com.

The TRIPPANZEE name, logo, site design, and code are owned by or licensed to Trippanzee Travels LLC. Third-party names, logos, photographs, and data shown on the Service belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

9. Third-party services and sites

The Service relies on third-party data providers and links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or conduct. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPPANZEE TRAVELS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS FROM A PURCHASE MADE ON A THIRD-PARTY SITE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use TRIPPANZEE. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wisconsin, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the changes.
